Stillwater Crossing features single-family new homes in the 2,000 to 3,000 square foot range and is situated near many of Macomb County’s attractions including Partridge Creek and Lakeside malls, Lake St. Clair, the nationally recognized International Academy of Macomb, and the Macomb Township Recreation Center, as well as countless restaurants, parks, and golf courses.
Phase 3 of Stillwater Crossing encompasses over 10,000 square yards of concrete paving and utilizes Macomb County’s standard 7-inch concrete pavement section to create the new roadways for the homes in this neighborhood, versus the required 8 inches of the alternative to achieve an equivalent pavement. The new concrete slab sits on a 6-inch aggregate base, which will provide support for the heavy truck traffic during the building of the homes in this neighborhood.
