Instructor/Supplemental Examiner Volunteer Sign-up

We are looking for supplemental examiner assistance on exam day. This program is essential for staff that are testing and inspecting concrete placed on Federal, State, and Commercial/Industrial projects, and we can’t do the exam without examiners for the laboratory practical.

If you are interested in volunteering as a supplemental examiner, please take a moment to review the information provided below. As a thank you we will give out special prizes for the examiners. So that we can order the correct number of prizes, please mail/email (see contact information below) or fill out this form online at www.miconcrete.org by Friday, Oct 27th.

Please note the following:

1. Sign up for as many dates as your schedule (and employer) will permit.

 2. Supplemental examiners will be needed at 9:00 am on exam day for full cert classes, and at noon for recertification classes (instructions for Iron       Mountain and Alpena will be provided at a later date)

3. You must have a current ACI Level I certification to serve as a Supplemental Examiner. Please bring your ACI wallet card or the number with you on  exam day.

4. Most of the exam sessions will only take the morning. Lunch will be provided between 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Recertification classes the exam session will be after lunch.

5. A reminder email will be sent to supplemental examiners before your selected exam date.

Thank you for all your help in the past, and if you are a new examiner, thank you for joining us.
