Traverse City: At the corner of State and Union in Traverse City there is pervious concrete, asphalt, pavers and gravel pave that was placed for the city of Traverse.

Alpena: At L&S Transit, 500 Tuttle St in Alpena a 30x15 test panel has been placed in preparation for using pervious in an upcoming retirement community.

Kalamazoo: During the development of a good mix design Peterman Concrete Company has placed several test panels of pervious concrete. They have also experimented with fibers, integral color and different aggregate sizes in their mix.

Lansing: Delphi Glass has a section of the parking stalls in the rear of their building paved with pervious concrete.

Lansing: Michigan Concrete Association has a pervious concrete parking lot at their office building. The Address for the MCA is 3130 Pine Tree Lansing MI 48910.

Okemos: Off Moore St. in Okemos Michigan just east of East Lansing. Moore Street is off Hamilton Rd east of Okemos Rd.

Livonia: Albanelli Cement Contractors Inc had several test section of pervious concrete placed in their yard in the fall of 2005. Albanelli Cement Contractors is located at 12725 Fairlane Livonia MI 48150.

Grand Rapids: Steelcase in Grand Rapids at 901 44th St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49508 has already placed walking trails in pervious concrete and now intend to place some additional pervious on their facility.

Grand Rapids: A private driveway that was back-sloped caused water to run to and puddle in the garage when it rained. As a solution the owners had the top ΒΌ of the drive ripped out and replaced with pervious concrete.

Eaton County: Pervious concrete parking lot in Eaton Rapids on the corner of E. Knight and S. Main next to the Grand River.

Redford High School is using an apron of pervious concrete around their track as drainage; this is replacing the gravel that was used previously.


PROSPECTIVE PROJECTS

Planterra Project: Rebuild of a greenhouse off Drake Rd in West Bloomfield.

Troy Pavilion: Redevelopment of the K-Mart head quarters on the corner of 16 mile and Coolidge Hwy.

Grand Rapids: Hotel parking lot at the corner of M-6 and Byron Center to be placed in pervious concrete.

Alpena: An Alpena retirement community would like to place pervious concrete sidewalks and driveways, in their development.
