Construction Quality Partnership
The Construction Quality Partnership of Michigan was chartered in 2006 to enhance the construction quality of Michigan's road and bridge network.

To accomplish its mission of enhancing construction quality, the CQP will:
- Address the need for current and future personnel skills of agencies, designers, and contractors
- Produce training and skills to enhance transportation's value to the taxpayers
- Reduce the risk for everyone
- Help support increased transportation funding
CQP is truly a partnership. Its stakeholders represent owner agencies including the state, counties, and municipalities; contractors' organizations; and designers. The list of organizations that signed the CQP charter in April 2006 include:
